Prepayment of full consultation service is required at time of booking. All monies paid at time of scheduling any service/consult will be held for 30 days. Any cancelled or no-show appointments will forfeit the fees rendered after 30 days if not rescheduled.

 All rescheduled appointments will be credited the monies held on account to the appointment, subject to price changes. 

Please arrive on time for your appointment. LATE ARRIVALS DO NOT RECEIVE EXTRA TIME OR DISCOUNTED SERVICES. Fees hold your appointment hour, and are not billed by the minutes with clinician.
